Every day, love saturates our lives...through the music we listen to. Pay close attention next time you're listening to the radio, streaming music online, and shuffling through your digital music library. How many songs are, in one way or another, about love?
In 2007, the New York Daily News compiled a list of the 100 Greatest Love Songs, which is posted on this website. Today we're going to explore the top 5 songs, all of them "classics," none of them modern, and consider what makes them so great. Then, we'll nominate some of our favorite love songs, then check to see if they're on the list.
